What does mean of Bhakut in marriage comparability

In the chart if someone’s ascending is in libra and another person’s ascending is in pisces. It is 6/ 8 axis. But Moons are 1/7 axis and Atmakaraka in same house. Which would be considered more significant for comparability for marriage / business partnership etc.,?
