Most charts Mercury & Sun together. In case Sun + Mercury in Sagittarius but both are in Venus Star & Venus is strong in the chart as well Jupiter is strong. In this case I assume Sun is powerful and mercury is also near combust, will mercury results become weak? Assuming mercury is lord of 9th in 3rd , sun is malefic and in 3rd is powerful too but in venus star
