Sir I have 1query in D60 chart by using this formula i.e planet degree is suppose 13 in leo so (13*2)/12 then adding 1 to remainder we get 3 i.e the planet will be in libra as we count it from leo in d60 chart & I have cross checked for every planet and it shows correct position in your software except rahu and ketu.why is it? Plz reply sir
