in a chart if progressive moon giving positive aspect (trine, sextiale) to natal planets then it will be good . in case its involved in any bad aspect (square, opposition, sometimes bad conjunctions) of the natal planets then it will be bad .

you have to look progressive moon from the progressive chart and overlap and compare with the natal charts.
