This error happens when we enter the birth details using mobile. RVA Software mobile version takes only '0' by default instead of '00' in 'seconds' place in birth time field. Hence it doesn't function as expected when we re-open the chart either on mobile or on laptop. The only remedy for this will be -
Go to Profiles section of RVA Softwre on your laptop or desktop computer: https://www.rahasyavedicastrology.com/rva-softwares/horoscope-profiles.php
Search for this profile and click on 'Edit'
Enter the '00' in 'seconds' place in birth time field; or just click there, so that it will automatically adjust the seconds to '00'
Enter some number in mobile number and email ID of the profile and click on 'Update Profile' button
Reopen the chart in RVA Software - Issue is resolved!
