by the way if i want to predict for marriage and job

if it is for marriage in D9 lagna lord is in friends place, but D1 lagna lord is in 12th house,

as well as if it is for job we want predict, In D10 lagna lord is in 8th place but in D1 if he is in friends place,

what way we should take it ?
