hi, till now i used to login with my amazon credentials. i.e. my amazon id : xxxxxxxxx
now suddenly, the option to login with amazon credentials is not showing.
please help me, as i’ve many profiles saved.

Hello, as part of RVA 2, we are bringing new features and upgrading all the tools and software. As a result, we are currently undergoing a migration process. Unfortunately, due to some technical reasons, we are unable to provide login with Amazon feature at the moment. The migration process is expected to take another 2 or 3 months. However, during this period, we will be able to offer login with Google and Facebook.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the login with Amazon issue. We have fixed the issue and you should be able to login with your Amazon credentials again.
To clear your browser cookies, you can follow these steps:
For Google Chrome:
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window.
- Select “Settings”.
- Scroll down and click on “Advanced”.
- Under “Privacy and security”, click on “Clear browsing data”.
- Select the “Cookies and other site data” checkbox and click on “Clear data”.
For Firefox:
- Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the browser window.
- Select “Options”.
- Click on the “Privacy & Security” tab.
- Under “History”, click on “Clear recent history”.
- Select the “Cookies and website data” checkbox and click on “Clear now”.
Once you have cleared your browser cookies, try logging in with your Amazon credentials again. It should work as expected.
