While checking pancha mahapurusha yogas in a chart , if one planet falls in 1st house according to vedic but 12th house according to kp, which way is considered ?

Also a malefic and benefic planet are in the same house in vedic, but different houses in kp , how to consider this ? Then this pancha maha purusha yoga apply for that benefic planet ?
