Hi Vinod sir. I hope that you and your family are doing great. We own a home and it’s on my mom’s name. We’re planning to sell it from many years but none of the attempts are successful so when I asked an astrologer about this he said that sthira lagnam valla peru meeda unna illu antha easy gaa sale avvadu ani. But I felt this is not a valid answer or reason as it should not be applied directly it’s just a default point.
