Ravi is Adhipati for SImha Rasi, why not Ravi is strong at Simha Rasi. But RAvi is strong at Mesha Rasi and Bad at Tula Rasi? Please explain. Similarly for all Graha except Budha Graha. Budha is strong at Kanya Rasi.
