Sun raise time changes for 2, 3 days it will not be exactly 6am

I am learning astrology through your videos sir. Excellent . Thank u so much sir. You are telling that sunraiase at 6 am exactly. But actually sun raise time changes for 2 , 3 days it will not be exactly 6am. Like wise makarasakranthi date also changes not always 14th Jan
