I watched the video about retrograde planet again and again but confusion not clear

First As you know that Saturn is a general Malefic. So coming to your Kanya Lagnam.. Saturn is the Lord for 5th and 6th house . so Shastadhipadhi dosham is cleared. For kanya lagnam saturn is Yoga karaka Planet. So it is debilitated in Aries. Generally if saturn debiliated it might not give good results for this lagna because its a Yogakaraka palnet.Retrogade means also not give good results.This is my personal Perception.

Mars debilitated in cancer but retrograde after 25 years for Sagittarius Ascendant. Mars in Purnarvasu vargottam and jupiter in 10th house. Should we consider Mars a positive or negative planet??
