Significators and 7th cusp indicating 2-7-11 are taken from lagna of the chart, based on number selected from 1 to 249
In calculating Ruling planets, lagna is taken from the time when the question is asked
Is my understanding correct?
Since here both number selected lagna and the question time lagna are same in video of marriage horary 135 ep, it is confusing.
If it is not correct , pls inform the correct answer

but my guess is, in some cases Lagna of time chart and prashna chart can be the same too.

but my guess is, in some cases Lagna of time chart and prashna chart can be the same too.
