The major doubt from long period is each and every planet have their own houses . planets like Mars , Venus,Mercury,Jupiter,Saturn have two houses.

For example Virgo ( Kanya Rasi) is Ascedant or Lagna, that Lord of house Mercury placed in 3rd House which is Scorpio.
Consideration -1 : 10th House Lord in 3rd ?
Consideration -2 : 1st House lord in 3rd House ?
Consideration -3 : Mercury in 3rd place?
Consideration-4 : {if Condition } Mercury & Sun Conjunction . or any other Conjunctions
appears ?
