Is it still relevant and working? Can anyone please confirm? Do we need to only consider the Lagna star during observations? For example, currently Rahu Lagna is going on, and Chandra is in his own star, and this time is not working for me. Then, should I consider both Rahu and Chandra in category C, or should I only consider Rahu as it is moving every 40 minutes? Kindly confirm. Thank you.
