oka planet(Not Retrograde) progression lo rahu-ketu unna star loki velli, trine or square aspect form chesinappudu reversal apply cheyala?

example: Sun is in vishaka in natal chart, in progression sun has moved into jyeshta in progressed chart and forms a sextile with natal 10th house. Rahu is also in Jyeshta. So will the sextile act like a square?
