Each sign 30 Degrees, 30 (Sign)/9 (Padas)= 3.33 Each Padam, 3.33*4(Padas)= 13.32 Degrees. , If you assume 24 hours = 12 signs then 2 hours or 120 each lagna approx. 120(Min)/30(Degrees)= 4 , 4 min = 1 degrees, 13.32 Degrees = 13.32 X 4 = 53.28 Min Approx. But i suggest to use any mobile app or desktop software to track dynamically. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appspot.vedic This is very good app. I use regularly in android mobile.
