I have applied your conditions
1) currently Uranus is in retrograde,
2) star lord of Uranus is moon placed in 1st house (which cancels the retrogration of Uranus)
3) even though moon cancels retrogration. It again gets the retrogration because The Uranus (sravana) and rahu (hasta) is placed in same moon stars.

Is my assumption correct? Was 10th house is going to be opposition of retrograde Uranus or direct Uranus?

Please explain
