The problem is that we had to switch to a different technology, and during the migration process, numerous comments were added to the discussion. Additionally, existing comments became mixed with foreign text. Consequently, the only solution is to manually clean them by going through all the discussions.
Fortunately, there is also an easier process available. Users can report or flag any problematic comments, and we will review and delete them. If you have some spare time, you can also assist us by identifying and flagging such comments. Simply click on the gear icon next to each comment to flag it.
Since our main focus has been on RVA 2.0 and the documentation part, this task has a lower priority.

Update: We have cleaned almost 80 discussions, and we will be resuming work on this tomorrow. Our intention is to clean the forum in the next 15 days.

I was given 2-3 login IDs here past 3 years during the earlier enhancement cycles. Can you also please try to merge all of them, so that I can see all my previous questions & answers in one login? I shall give you those ID’s details if you say it is possible. Please add this to your ‘To-Do’ list. Thanks -

To be honest, we migrated our forum four different times, and the current version will be the final one. We will clean up any junk/foreign text comments in the next few months. As for the login process, we highly recommend using social login. If you have multiple user IDs in the RVA forum, we can move all old user ID data to ‘GuestUser’, but we cannot merge them. As long as the conversation is meaningful, everything will look fine.
