can you please answer for below query,.
1) Mine is capricorn lagna, venus is in bharani star(4th house) ,no other planet is pubba star but UR and Ne is in Poorvashada so is it Stellar Positonal status or not?

2)Mars is Lord of 4th house and Mars got positonal status as it is in Own star.

my venus dasha is running. as Mars is in Enemy sign, is Mars is a barrier to Venus?
is Mars reduces Venus results??
