Does this change if there is an exalted planet in the same house – Venus.

Once u told in a video that for Pisces ascendent even Venus is malefic,It will work any place because it is exalted in pisces. Similarly for virgo ascendent will mercury give positive results even though it is in 8th house aries ?.because it is exalted in virgo. Please clarify

Good conjunction means 2 or 3 planets in same nakshatra but with sun if any planets comes near to Sun within 12or 13° it gets combusted for example sun at 13°in scorpio ascendant 12° rising and Mercury at 28° there is no combustion. is it a good conjunction budhaditya yoga
