1. Is it true that after planet maturity age,the placement of the planet will not act as original,like for ketu 42 years,saturn 36 so on..please explain on this concept
Or is it dependent on progression chart,how will that planet behave after certain age.
Because I have observed my own characteristics, some I have changed but some behavior of mine still the same(I am 45 year old F

2. If lagna lord is retrograde in 4th house and in 3rd bhava,how to analyze it.Is it that decision making not present or any positive characteristics. Please explain this
