The concept of Planetary War must be applied in the case of planets associated with Mars, with both planets being within 1 degree of each other. (You can determine the degree of the planets using the KP Table or RVA Software, etc.)
For example, let’s consider an Aries Ascendant with Mars and Venus in Aries. Mars is at 19.30 degrees, and Venus is at 20.10 degrees.
