Apologies for intervening in this thread. Let me please assist you here with your permission –
This error happens when we enter the birth details using mobile. RVA Software mobile version takes only ‘0’ by default instead of ’00’ in ‘seconds’ place in birth time field. Hence it doesn’t function as expected when we re-open the chart either on mobile or on laptop. The only remedy for this will be –
1. Go to Profiles section of RVA Softwre on your laptop or desktop computer:

2. Search for this profile and click on ‘Edit’
3. Enter the ’00’ in ‘seconds’ place in birth time field; or just click there, so that it will automatically adjust the seconds to ’00’
4. Enter some mobile number and email ID of the profile and click on ‘Update Profile’ button
5. Reopen the chart in RVA Software – Issue is resolved!
Thanks for stepping in! In this case, a date picker would be nice to have, we will address such input errors. Not sure why we did not add it.

Thank you for trying to assist me, i cleared cache and cookies in suggested manner still i cannot get progression chart generated, also instead of 0 in seconds i tried with 10 even though its coming up blankhttps:
