Hi Sir,Can any body can learn astrology ? Or any conditions. Are there any effects without following some rituals to learn? One should be brahmin to learn ? Please clarify sir.

we need not to bring our cast, community, religion or nationality politics here.
till date, I haven’t seen any astrology book mentioning “this book should not be read by others other than this particularly community / religion”

like nista or niyam while learning .
about food or bed restrictions. As this is related to planet lords Grahas and remedies of gods.
