Hello sir, In ep138 RVA Telugu you have said 4 rules for a planet to be in positional status. One of the rule is if two planets are in పరివర్తనం in terms of nakshatra then they are said to be in positional status. In ep 138 chart venus and saturn are interchanged there nakshatra but in the video u said that venus not in positional status. Could you please explain that sir. Thankyou sir
